Process of registration Step 1. Filling in the registration form In the registration form you have to provide some data that is going to be our main information source in following your payment process and composing your welcome package. Some information is needed to make your access to different parts of the ELI-ALPS building complex as easy as possible. Thank you for your understanding. Step 2. Confirmation of registration After submitting your form you’ll get and automatic reply email with all the information you’ve already provided. Please note that in this letter you can find your registration ID which will be needed in the payment process. Step 3. Payment 3.1. Please save this email carefully in case you need to show it at the registration desk when you’re arriving to the conference.
