Registration information

Please note that for the participation at the summer school you must register and complete payment by 27 July 2018 the latest.

Before filling in the registration form, please read carefully the information below about the process of registration.

For all conference participants registration fee includes: accomodation for 4 nights, daily transfer to the venue all mornings and evenings of the event, conference's welcome package, access to science and poster sessions, coffee breaks, lunch package, conference dinner, programme of the free afternoon.

Process of registration
Step 1. Filling in the registration form

In the registration form you have to provide some data that is going to be our main information source in following your payment process and composing your welcome package. Some information is needed to make your access to different parts of the ELI-ALPS building complex as easy as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Step 2. Confirmation of registration

After submitting your form you’ll get an automatic reply email with your registration information followed by a personal email with the payment information and your proform invoice. Please note that in this letter you can find your registration ID which will be needed in the payment process.  This second email may not be sent to you immediately as it’s not an automatic reply and the proform invoice will be attached as well. Please be patient, it is going to arrive into your mailbox in a few days.

Step 3. Payment

For the payment, please follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email of you registration. You will be able to initiate your payment online and by bank transfer. All bank transfer fees are covered by the payer.

Step 4. Completion of registration

After your payment is validated by the bank you’ll get a confimation email from us. Please save this email carefully in case you need to show it at the registration desk when you’re arriving to the conference.

Please note that your registration will be complete only after the validation of your payment.

Withdrawal of registration
You may withdraw your registration anytime, under the following financial conditions:

If you cancel your registration before the registration deadline (i.e. the pertaining notice thereof is delivered to us by 27 July 2018, 12PM at latest), you are entitled to receive back the whole amount of the registration fee.

If you cancel your registration after the registration deadline and before 10 August 2018 (i.e. the pertaining notice thereof is delivered to us between 28 July 2018 0 AM and 10 August 2018 12PM), you are entitled to receive back 50% of the registration fee.

If you cancel your registration after 10 August 2018 (i.e. the pertaining notice thereof is delivered to us from 11 August 2018 0 AM), you are not entitled to receive back the registration fee.
